The results!

The results! I have felt self conscious in fitted shirts for years. It never mattered how often or how hard I worked out, my core always stayed a problem area. I now never think twice about a fitted shirt. It quite literally felt like my waist melted away. Additionally, I have seen many chiropractors, yoga classes and massage therapists to help with back pain that never subsided after my pregnancies. Within a week of the program, my back pain subsided. That I fixed my diastasis recti! I feel stronger and my core feels more powerful. I came to Gina with my main concern being that I had urinary incontinence when sneezing, running, and laughing. Now that I am healed, that is no longer an issue! Such a win for me! Plus my tummy looks and feels so much stronger.
